How do I get started?
First of all you will have a free and informal consultation in your home. I’ll discuss your likes and dislikes, what you hope to achieve, any health issues or concerns you may have. I will discuss what type of workout you are looking for and how often you would like to train. I will then develop a workout programme tailored especially for you.
What areas do you cover?
I am based in the Uxbridge area so I can travel to any of the following areas: Slough, Windsor, Iver, Eastcote, Pinner, Ruislip, Northwood, West Drayton, Hillingdon, Hayes. If you are not sure feel free to contact me.
Do I need any equipment?
No you do not need to own anything. I can bring along equipment such as the following: weights, step, swiss ball, dynabands. However if you do own equipment I am happy to incorporate them into your programme.
Do I need lots of room?
No you do not need a large house! I can create a programme to fit your home space or office. We can also workout in the open air if you prefer.
Do I need to be fit?
No! I cater for all ages and fitness levels from total beginner to experienced exerciser.
What hours are you available from?
Whatever suits you from 6.30 am to 10pm! I am also available on weekends.
