Whatever your goals I can give you an effective and motivating programme in the privacy of your own home, your office or place of your choice. After a free consultation I will devise a programme to match your goals and personal preferences.
Don ‘t worry if you do not own any equipment- I can bring the gym to you! Workouts can be planned to include any of the following: Dumbbell and Power block weights, dynabands, swiss ball, step, gloves & pads etc.

Ladies Self defence techniques:
Don’t be a victim ! Gain confidence. Develop awareness. Practical techniques using pads so you can practice full contact defence. How to release from grabs and typical attacks, use the opponents strength against them. How to prevent threatening situations from escalating.

Sports specific conditioning:
I have several years experience in the following sports so I can offer sports specific training: Equestrian, skiing, ice skating (& ice hockey), martial arts, ladies body building, running.
Diet and Nutrition Advice:
I can give you advice to maximise your fitness gains and improve your health. I can devise a 4 week plan based on your likes and dislikes as well as your busy schedule. All I need you to do is to fill out a food diary for a week and I then I will develop a plan that will improve your health and well-being.
